    Luke Haslam has several years experience in property, dealing with a wide range of property work. He trained as a chartered surveyor with a general practice firm covering County Durham and North Yorkshire, gaining a Masters Degree in Surveying, before taking over the business in Thirsk in 2009.

    Darren Ventham MARLA

    Darren is the firms property manager, looking after the day to day management of Luke Haslam Estates large portfolio of managed property. Since joining the business in December 2010, Darren has successfully studied and passed the Association of Residential Letting Agents Technical Award in Lettings and Property Management. Darren is now a full member of ARLA, and a Licensed Letting Agent through that professional body.He is now furthering this field through a more in depth course, whilst also studying towards the AssocRICS qualification. Darrens work includes rental valuations, property inspections, drawing up tenancy agreements, preparing inventories and arranging maintenance..

    Our friendly and commited team is completed by Dawn Hall
    Dawn has been with the firm since it was started as Castlegate Residential Lettings, and is a very familiar face with our long standing clients. She maintains all our client accounts including the residential blocks that we manage, as well as assisting with general property management matters..
